'Folly' - a proposal 2000-1

'Folly' is a proposal for an externally sited environment that utilises
a combination of electrically sensitive glass and digital controls.
The opacity of the structure is designed to change to create an
evolving surface texture, fragmenting vistas of the surrounding landscape.
